I purchased a WoW Loot Code, where do I turn it in

Every region in the world uses http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html to redeem promotion codes. Blizzard store and recent BlizzCon loot (Heavy Murloc Egg, and Smoldering Murloc Egg) items use the US or EU BattleNet redemption webpage instead.
These webpages allow you to enter the 25 digit promotion code and also select the region and realm (if required) for the character that will receive the loot item.
Blizzard store and recent BlizzCon items will instantly have their items available to all accounts and characters, and placed within in-game mail for all new characters.
Otherwise upon successfully submitting the promotion code, you will be presented with an in-game code. Write this code down or print it out; you will need it to retrieve your item. Log into the game with the character that is to receive the item and travel to Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. There, you will need to find a goblin by the name of Landro Longshot. He is located on the lower parts of Booty Bay on the docks, and should be easily recognised due to the fact that he has a distinctive purple shirt and two body guards wearing Tabard of Flame next to him.
Before you begin talking with Landro ensure you have got space to hold the item(s) otherwise you risk not being able to redeem. It is a limited "Lost or Missing item" restoration rather than a defective promotional loot code if you make this error.
If you are redeeming a BlizzCon murloc costume, pet, or mount, your murloc representative is next to the fishing trainer in either Orgrimmar (Zas'Tysh in Valley of Honor) or Ironforge (Ransin Donner in Forlorn Cavern) instead. For the WWI Tyrael Pet Edward Cairn redeems for Horde on upper Trade Quarter, Undercity. Ian Drake redeems for Alliance outside the Auction House in Trade District, Stormwind.

I received an email saying my password changed

In 99.99% of all cases, these emails are phishing emails, and you should not follow these links. These emails look legit... but they are not. There are 2 ways to tell if the emails are legit. The first, is to see if they mention you by name. If they instead say Dear Sir or Madam, then these a phishing emails. If they do not mention any name, then they are phishing emails. If you hover over the link, and the link does not match the actual domain, then these are phishing emails.
When in doubt, please forward a copy of the email to sales[at]mmogoldsales[dot]com. We will tell you if the email is legit. Optionally, you may also contact our live support reps. We will tell you if there is an issue with your account.

My WoW account has been locked, what do I do?
ANSWER:
First, please understand that an account lock, can happen for a few different reasons. In some cases, they cannot be avoided. Customers from Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia WILL get an account lock. If you use a remote armory tool or a remote auction house tool, this will also cause an account lock. Please disable these remote tools, prior to giving us you order. Also, keep off the account in question. If you log in, even while we are offline, you may cause an account lock.
In case of an Account Lock, please contact our Live Support. You will need to give the representative your unlock link. If you followed the link, and changed the password yourself give us the new password. Keep in mind that if you did change the password, we will have to wait 24 more hours to log in. This does not guarantee that you will not receive the lock again. The only way to avoid the lock, is to provide us with the unlock link.
The link, is only good for 12 hours. If we get the link, after 12 hours, you will need to reset your password. Once you enter your secret answer, Blizzard will mail you the unlock link. Please provide this link to our customer support representatives, so that we can continue leveling your order in a timely manner.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
ANSWER:
Depending on the item ordered, it can take as little as 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
Gold, Credits, and Platinum can be delivered in as little as 30 minutes, however we cannot always guarantee that time. We do make every effort to deliver orders within 4 hours.
CDKeys, take on average 4-12 hours, but can take upto 24 hours.
Accounts, take a minimum of 4 hours, but can take upto 24 hours.
Powerleveling, depends on what has been ordered. We start all orders after 12-24 hours. WoW leveling has a mandatory IP cooldown of 24 hours. All other leveling has a mandatory IP cooldown of 12 hours. We cannot be held accountable to delays due to patches and extended maintenance.

Where do you get your Gold, Plat, or Credits?
ANSWER:
Usually, we buy it from other customers like you. In some instances we purchase it from suppliers who handle multiple servers. If you would like to discuss becoming a supplier with us, please contact our live support. They will in turn give you a contact email. Use this email to tell us which games, servers, and/or factions you can provide game currency on.
ANSWER:
We hand level most games. The only games we do not hand level, are EverQuest 1, Star Wars Galaxies, and Runescape. However we take the utmost care to ensure your account will not be banned. We have had no bans in the last 3 years with these bots.. All other games are hand leveled as we take pride in our 100% user satisfaction we still have.

Can I leave the Rift Coinlock while I get leveled?
ANSWER:
No, sorry. In order to level your account, we need the Coinlock off. This is because of the inability to loot and sell junk. Inability to mail epic and rare items to an alt, or use the Auction House. As well as the inability to get skill ups, without the plat that we would have earned from selling all these things. While it might be possible to level upto 4 levels with the coinlock on, beyond that we will need it off, to effectively leve.
